Shipping information

Most Elunara pieces are made for you once you order — cast, set and finished in the options you chose. The time this takes depends on the piece and on choices such as size, metal, stone and engraving.

If you need your piece by a particular date, please contact us before you order and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.

Shipping is complimentary on every order, and every parcel is insured for its full value while it travels to you. Where duties or taxes apply to your destination, they are shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order leaves us, we email you its tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Because fine jewellery is valuable, the carrier may ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is available, they will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

Parcels are packed securely and discreetly — nothing on the outside says what is inside.

If you need to change where your order is going, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address until your order has been dispatched.
